What do you mean you don't know your upper body lifts suck? 1) You're a girl so you're basically starting out at the bottom inn terms of strength. 2) Lift for 3-5 years and then come back and talk numbers.
I have one small asian friend who is actually a beast starting out in the gym and her bench is still 135 and her DL is 225. She did sports growing up so I guess that helped her.

80lbs isnt bad. My gf is really petite and shes probably a year or two from benching 80lbs. She hates doing upper body and uses 10lb dumbbells to bench. She gets frustrated too but I just remind her that shes 100lbs soaking wet so lifting heavy isnt going to come quickly. I remember starting out I was only able to bench 125 and a few years later I was doing 315 for sets of 5. Always try to look better and get stronger but I honestly dont remember being happy about lifting heavier on the journey to 315. I think my biggest achievement was when I hit 135lbs on bench and that was because I was finally happy to have a wagon wheel on each side. After that the gains just came gradually. Never went past 315 because decided I didnt want to be any stronger; just wanted to lift so I wasnt fat like when I first started.

I really struggle with upper body as well. I think part of it is because I don't have a spotter to really help me push myself, though. I'm also trying out different accessory exercises to help boost my upper body lifts. Have you found anything that helps??
Lower body Squat: 135lbs 8x3 -- doing box squats as an accessory seem to have really helped me start getting my numbers up DL: 155lbs 10x3
you should do upper body too. i regret not training it as much as my lower body, and now i'm trying to play catch up there. making upper body gains won't hinder your lower body progress any, so why not do both??
i think if you know your sticking point for the upper body lifts you can add in some variation to hit that point harder. like floor press if your sticking point is higher up. i did this for deadlift; was hard for me to lockout so i did banded deads (bands on barbell, not legs) to work lockout more.
You need more volume. CWS has his female lifters do twice as much back volume to account for the smaller muscle sizes, lower starting points, and quicker recovery of female lifters.
I really recommend Fuerza published by JTS if you're looking for a good female-specific lifting book.

The most I have ever ohped was 95lb *5. No 1rm since I wasn't stupid enough to max out upper body lifts as a woman who wasn't training for powerlifting, most of my lifting was in the *8-12 range. Bench never went past 135*5. I was 135lb at the time To 5'7 for reference.

fear of failing reps is i think why my squat is so low compared to my deadlift lol. only now am i truly running a linear progression program.. before with squats i'd be like "omg my form felt off that rep, i better quit now..."
now i'm hitting 5RM PRs for the first time in forever, and next time i test one rep maxes i bet i'll be close to 200lbs with squat.
if her goal is strength, then i'd suggest any basic LP program. really everyone should do that. once you've built up your base level of strength, then you can go off into bodybuilding or w/e you wanna do
That depends on how long you've been lifting. For less than 3-6 months that's bad but not terrible. Again it depends on what your starting point was. For reference i've been lifting consistently for about a year and a half. I include the bar because i'm a little bitch Bench-167lbs×5×3 OHP- 120lbs×5×3 DL-320lbs×5×2 Squat- 197lbs×5×3 Also you should do some upper body and back if youre going to lift.

i finally found a lifting buddy, but after our first time lifting together he and his brother were asking me for lifting advice lol.
my lifts aren't even that impressive, for lifting over a year now. best advice i can give is to post form videos. not here where all the creepy kids will masturbate to you, but like reddit, starting strength forums, or barbell medicine forums.
current new routine, some user on here helped me progress form my first one which was mostly 3 sets and really low weight. focusing on form and mobility took forever.
goal is to get thick tight solid but ripped af. I have a tendency to get fridge mode so I don't do 5x5. I wouldn't bother going to the gym for 3x5, that's boring af. I need to leave exhausted after day A.
7 months lifting went from 62kg to 67kg in bodyweight 172cm / 5'8 no idea what my 1RM are but these are my working weights I use on this routine squat 50kg DL 55kg OHP 20kg (the bar.. on a lucky day I get 22.5kg in the 4th set)
I bench two 7kg dumbells, not interested in getting bigger arms. delts blew up nicely but feminine anyhow.
I progress by trying to add 5kg on sq & DL on the fourth set and getting it to 12 reps
