I've done 600 lbs squat in competition, and more than once in the gym, 340 lbs touch'n'go gym bench, and 575 gym deadlift. I originally got the 600 lbs squat by Texas Methoding, which had my at a 545 lbs competition deadlift and an LMAO3PLAYT competition bench.
I have since run all sorts of nonsense, primarily of my own design, none of it specifically for powerlifting. I wanted to get that 2plaet snatch and 3playt Clean and Jerk, so I was doing some of that for a while, and am now trying to piece together a program that will maintain strength or creep it upwards, while allowing enough time and energy to do some actual conditioning and be a Real Athlete and not a powerfatter. So that maybe if I get out of this pisspot hick town and to some place that isn't total shit, I might play rugby again.

My best Standing The Press 3.01.5 was 245 lbs. I stopped trying to max it out because, outside of competing specifically at The Press, there's no real reason to do so. For the purposes of general upper body strength training, I either do The Presses for decent reps with weight light enough to keep it quasi-strict, or some seated overhead lifting to enforce more strictness, or bench press for pecs and heavier weight.

I DL conventional and i would always feel my quads and lower back during my max efforts, sometimes calves. I got to a 545 pull doing this.
But lately ive been only feeling my hamstrings and sometimes i am worried about strains. I didnt have this issue at all until my squats started to increase and ive been training implementing hamstrings.
Was wondering if you guys get this feeling too especially during the start when you just get it off the ground. Its been really messing with me and i am worried to do even 495 for months even though it was a 4 rep set a while ago
