get backpacks full of books and squat, gallon milk jugs filled with water or sand and start curling, get under your bed frame and start bench pressing your bed. get creative. They didnt have fancy weight machines hundreds of years ago. people found a way

Pushups/incline pushups, a shit-load of BW squats/lunges, and pull ups/chin ups. I don't have the links saved, but if you google hard enough I'm sure you can find a .pdf of Convict Conditioning or Building the Gymnast Body

Do as many of the exercises on here as possible. Find a tree to do pullups on, or maybe a park with a pullup bar. Hell, just climb trees if there are some in your area. My back is fucking massive because I climbed trees and cliffs for 4 hours a day from the ages of 4 to 17.

you can do pushups, pullups, lunges, bodyweight squat
at home you can handstand pushups

yeah the Cross is a C difficulty. but the guy in the pic is doing one of the Balandins. -> He is pulling from dead hand with straight arms to either a Planche, maltese, or an inverted cross. Those are E or F difficulty and very few people can actually do those. even in gymnastics
