What's the highest Calorie burning workout you can do?

30 minute jog?
200 rep squats with a 45lbs bar session?
burpees with rest over 30 minutes?

Trying to lose weight here, I'm already dieting with vegetables and shiz.

Not eating/fasting. You will literally burn calories by doing nothing. Eat right with a combo of 16 hour fasting/8 hour eating and you will drop fat easily.

Assuming you have the will power to not be a pig and shove your face with food all day. Add weight training in there so you have something to show when you drop the fat.

OMAD

also run 1 hour as fast as you can. Its called tempo running, pretty much start at 6 mph, keep up that pace for 60 min. Once it feels easy, up the speed to 6.5 mph, then 7 mph, etc.

Bonus points if you combine the OMAD with the cardio. Just stay hydrated before and after you run.

Something like this would defintely work.
I eat only two times a day and have a small amount of carbs before and a protein shake after my workouts. I do 3 to 4 days lifting and combine it with 2 times a week judo and jujitsu, which is pretty cardio heavy.
If you eat enough protein, it won't cost you your strength either.
