No. Pulled 6pl8 with inguinal hernia. Pulled 7pl8 post surgery. Book a consultation and get larascopic surgery.

Well not exactly, but definitely a bit.
You'll read on SS forums that Rippetoe was back @lifting heavy 1 or 2 weeks after mesh surgery, but it's probably asking for it to happen on the other side.
My experience was feeling tired 2 months after surgery and deloading to 1pl at most, too scared to add more and even 1pl is probably pushing it.

absolute monster

It looks like your body is trying to create a vagina whether you want one or not.

The worst thing is that i only started lifting 3 months ago. So i'm an absolute dyel.
I wonder if i will ever manage to even get to ottermode. Can you get there, without compound lifts or calisthenics, by just using dumbbells?

>Have to go under and get surgery for lifting
What the fuck.

No just get it stitched up.

Hernias are also genetic. You can be born with hernias and lifting will aggravate the condition. Really they are no big deal, just go to the doctor and get it fixed.

No 1 in 3 men will get it in their lifetime. Do yourself a favour and go to a surgeon who specialises in this sort of thing and don't be a cheap cunt. Surgery itself is only half an hour but you'll probably need to stay overnight. Your core strength will be a bit weak while you recover but after that you shouldn't have any problems. Extremely common procedure in men

What are the symptoms of this? I woke up today and felt a bump in the same area as that pic. It hurts slightly if I press on it but I dont feel anything otherwise. It is supposed to be soft or hard? I'd imagine intestines to be soft but mines pretty hard. It's not big enough to be visible either. Please tell me I dont have this shit.

Its swollen red with blood. You will notice it nearly instantly due to pain and shit. If you are writing this post then im pretty sure you dont have hernia.

Get surgery

never squat or deadlift again, stop falling for the peer pressure and use machines instead

pls be true, I dont feel any pain. Maybe it's a swollen lymfe glands or something, I'll see if it'll go down in a few days. Thanks user.

Get your surgery and then be patient about it. And when you get back in the game make sure your progression is slower than SS or SL tells you.

Wow, I haven’t done anything like that, but I’m squatting 130kg and deadlifting 165kg after an inguinal hernia some years back. You’ll be fine OP... but give yourself lots of time to recover! Don’t be impatient. Gotta walk before you can run, gotta run before you can lift.

It varies. Mine wasn’t painful. Funny enough swollen & painful often is faster to heal because it means the tear is small.

Shoo shoo

i haven't gotten a hernia yet but my guts fucking shift around a lot and it's so bothersome. sometimes they bunch up and i have to stretch to get them back into place.

Heavy compounds meme claims another victim.
