Control the descent better. Half these guys are basically dropping the bar. Body is going from maximal output and blood pressure through the roof to no external resistance in an instant and the blood pressure nosedives.

well this guys are doing one rep max so avoid going too heavy and you'll be fine
You need to hold your breath, breathing during a deadlift rep is a bad idea
Ammonia smelling salts. Used to wake the unconcious. Surely it will keep you up. Just dont do so many reps that it wears off before you finish
Know your limits basically. When I was 17 I blacked out halfway up a deadlift trying to hit a 1rm that was too heavy for me at the time and almost split my head open. Please do your heavy lifts with a spotter

don't hold your breath, if you're still trying to lift it for like 5 seconds, put it down.
the strain on your muscles combined with the lack of oxygen to your brain (because your muscles need them) is enough to make you pass out. usually from the rush of blood back to your brain
