This is bullshit. Your body much more easily absorbs and stores carbohydrates then it does proteins and fats. Proteins are the next easiest thing to store because it CAN be converted to glucose and then insulin stores it in fat. Fats are the hardest to break down and store.
This is why I lose an average of 1lb a day despite little to no calorie deficient. What you eat your body has to spend hours breaking down, and in the meantime your body needs to use ketones to get sugar from fat cells due to depleted glycogen stores. Ketosis is an inefficient process causing you to burn a lot more calories just existing (breathing etc).

You can at least walk OP, walking is easy as fuck and at your weight you probably burn 175 calories a mile, which is way more than skinny people do. Walk around your neighborhood at night for an hour if you're afraid of being seen.

Alright Satan, I can tell you how to lose weight but that's all I can do, your that one that has to do it. Luckily it's simple. Go for a walk, as far as you feel comfortable for. Then tomorrow go on a slightly longer walk, keep doing this every day till it starts taking too much time then jog as far as you feel comfortable going. The day after jog again but slightly farther. Keep doing this till you lose that weight. If you can't do this then you are your own problem and no amount of advice will help you.
