Haven't you posted this thread before and we told you to count your calories? Since you said 'I count my calories today' I'm assuming you only took the time to do that today and didn't do it at any other point.

I'm also assuming you don't weigh your food because it's too much work for a fat fuck like you so you just guess your portions and are probably eating way more than you think you are. God you fat people are annoying asf.

If you are not losing any weight you are, per definition, not on a caloric deficit. I don't say this to insult you or anything. Just so you understand the concept. For example if you would count your calories wrong and don't lose weight, you could just go on and count them wrong BUT at the same reduce your daily intake (how you perceive it).
Example:
You need 2000kcal to cut.
You count 2000kcal but in reality it's 2500, because of some error (doesn't matter what kind of an error it is).
You don't lose weight.
What you do then: Eat '1500'kcal.
Count '1500'.
Do you lose weight now? If not repeat the process.

I'll assume you're counting calories burned via some kind of running app. Don't trust those things, they're entirely unreliable. GPS technology is still shoddy at best, and it's exceedingly common for them to jump you half a mile away and back, then tell you you ran that far in 0.3 seconds. And I assure you you did not burn the calories it marks you down at for running half the speed of light.

I crack my knees all of the time, like I twist to the side and they pop but I can do it like 4 times in a row without them stopping. Then you're not in a deficit. You could be under counting calories (most likely), your metabolism could have slowed down if you've been dieting for at least a month (look up non-exercise activity thermogenesis), or your TDEE could be lower than average for someone with your stats.

Regardless of the cause, the solution is simple: eat less.
