Do neck and some extra abs on rest day
8x8 is ridiculous for a natty
Why do you guys insist on doing dumb shit
Its good but not worth the struggle, its not like you will gain 5x more by doing it
well i do lower weight
I ride my bike in the morning and lift weights after work. I don't have a specific program.
PPL 2 times a week with added volume for biceps and triceps because i did not fall for the '1 bicep/tricep iso exercise per workout is enough' meme
>8x8
so you’re spending either 3 hours in the gym or you’re using insanely light weight
i had an epiphony last week at the gym and did like 400 reps of chest that week
day 1 was
>10x10 decline bb press +1 set to failure
day 2
>10x10 machine fly +1 set to failure
day 3
10x10 bench press +1 set to failure
it was fun and espontaneous, bit like bugez mentality, I'd go to the gym and pick a chest exercise and do it. Honestly might be bias or just my impression but I feel my chest is not the same after that
i mean, not saying you should do this everyday, every week, but I believe its worthy to doing for a few days.
desu as total newbie, i still am but whatever, i started first month as 5x5 my gym owner gave, and then made my own 3x8 but 2 exercise bodypart. it was insane i was sore as fuck all the time, but i got some impressive gains
Running modified SS, still making great gains. AxBx with an extended break every 4ish weeks

Gonna start my first cut in a few weeks/months though and I want to switch to a higher volume program since strength gains will be next to nothing, any good routines?
I was getting nice gains and body comp off it b4 I was stricken down with undiagnosed type 1 beetus. I'mma start hittin hard again this year hoping to get back to 155 lbs bodyweight and 70 lbs db bench for 8×8 30 sec rest. I was pretty ottermode aesthetic right there.
ULULULx
Just 100 pushups every other day. Along with running 2x a week(3 miles)
Should I add pullups.
yes. as a former poorfag, when I was doing body weight exercises I’d let my arms tell me what I needed to work on. stand up straight and let them hang relaxed and naturally. If they hang straight at your sides you have good symmetry between your back and chest. if they hang forward with the backs of your hands facing in front of you, your back needs work. if they hang more back (typically rare) your chest needs work
Guys, looking for a ABxABxx routine.
Does it make sense to do MAX / VOLUME x MAX / VOLUME x x as ABxBAxx
Just want to spend 4 days lifting weights and rowing on the offdays (not balls to the wall until failure)
just looking for something solid and consistent
