I usually have 2-3 sips every morning, 5-6 if people near me are getting sick often. I'm not quite sure about why it makes such an significant difference, but I'm guessing it is because your body has more energy ready to use, to hold warm or to produce whatever the body needs to.

You don't get fat by eating fat. Your body can only burn fats. It's controversial that pig fat is maybe so alike to human fat that it can be transformed to human fat but all the other fats can only be burned.
