Huh?
Is that a tranny?
weak glutes, weak abs, poor posture
Read "Back Mechanic" by Stuart McGill. The tagline and summary on the back are pretty much IRL clickbait, but McGill is one of the world's most prominent researchers on lower back disorders, and his methods and textbooks are used in many university kinesiology/physiotherapy/chiropractic schools. I couldn't find a torrent for it because I don't think an ebook exists, but you might have better luck than me.
Normal for a beginner. If your posture is fucked thanks to working 9-5 in a cubicle especially. Use foam rollers, they feel really good.
how do i fix my glutes though. doing planks and side planks for abs and my posture is fine
Glute bridges.
is there anything that won't make me look like an autist at the gym?
Nothing that will work as well as glute bridges. They're the #1 exercise for glute activation, and place very little load on the spine when done correctly. They're often used during physio for low back pain sufferers. If you look like a male instagram thot, then who the fuck cares lol.
....or you could do deadlifts and continue to aggravate your injury.
Also when you get good at them (able to do 20 in a row with a decent pause at the top), start doing hip thrusts, which look even more hilarious, but there's nothing quite like outdoing instagram fitness thots at their own exercises lmao.
you dont have enough good boy points. clean your room first and I will tell you
could be anything... bad posture, herniated disc, muscles...
Glute bridges are alright but barbell lunges are also excellent for glutes and lower abs and they're easier to do if you already have back pain. Do them low bar in a squat rack with proper form.
m-mommy...
strengthening and stretching core will help.
If you bed is shit, look into getting a new one
Read Esther Gokhale book and follow her program.
It's by far the most effective way to combat lower back pain that I know.
Glute bridges are the absolute goat exercise for glutes. Sorry user but nothing else tops it. If it starts getting too easy you can always hold a weighted barbell over the hips as you do them.
>lol.
>....or you could do deadlifts and continue to aggravate your injury.
Or instead of looking like a autist or thot meme lift artist you could do deadlifts with a hex bar instead. Iām tall (6ā4ā) and used to have lower back issues for years till i started doing deadlifts and barbell rows with correct form.
Lifting caused it. You could be normal and happy being by just moving around a bit, not sitting in same position all the time, get a big sofa chair and adjist urself from time to time. Irrrversible back problems are to these deadlift retards who claim it actually helps it and then just snap shit and laugh at each other blaming "not 100% super form" or "ego lift" or judt callimg them pussies and bad genetic retards.
>trying to build up squats
>mid set feel a pop and a jolt travel down my butt and back of leg
>feel burning sensation on calf
any ideas? lower back has been irritated ever since
