Hey Jow Forums! I'm a femanon here, I'm looking tips to lose weight. I'm 5'5 feet tall (1.65 cm) and 200 lbs (91 kg) I know, I'm fat and also this is not bait, I'm actually a female. I'm trying to loose at least 50-60 lbs (that's around 22-27 kg according to google) I just want to have some self esteem, please what should a high schooler do to loose weight? Should I go to the gym? I'm not sure if my mom and dad will let me go there by my own... D:

The biggest problem is you're eating too goddamn much all the time. You can get to a normal weight without ever going to the gym.

Don't drink anything but water, black coffee or tea- no sweeteners or any other bullshit.

Otherwise just cut the horseshit out of your diet. Most shit that gets memed to you can be consumed only a teeny portion of the time.

Eat salads with some protein for lunch and dinner but no extra shit like ranch or dressings just the salad mix and some meat, and a breakfast of 2 eggs and a fruit while walking 45 minutes-hour 4 days a week and beginning bodyweight exercises 3 days a week (pushups, pull-ups, air squats) and then graduating to instagram thot ass workouts because as a women all you truly need to work on is ass and back for balance. Alternatively you can do CrossFit, which only works for girls but completely transforms them. Being a high schooler if you start slow and stick with it once you get to college you may be super fucking bad. I suggest you start by not being lazy and doing research instead of asking for answers here of all places.

Eat between 1200-1500 calories, track every calorie using Myfitnesspal or other app, weigh and measure your food, exercise if you want but it isnt necessary. Eat filling, low calorie density foods such as soup, whole grains/beans, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Avoid foods like oil, cheese, flour, and sugar.

I don't eat that much actually, just twice a day. I don't have time to eat at home, so I only eat junkfood. ;-; I'll try my best...

Fast for 16 hours a day, eating should be done in 8 hours.
Prevents carbs (except from fruit), stick to fats and proteins, try to get fibre
Eat peanuts, they are cheap and full of all 3
Get normal sleeping times, for waking up and going to bed.
Dont eat 2 hours before going to bed
Get a daily dosage of sunlight
Try to keep your eating to 3-4 large meals, dont snack
Dont eat until satiated because your fat fucking body doesnt understand how satiation works anymore
