What are your lagging muscles?

I never isolate muscles that are lagging cuz their slow growth demotivates me from training them, so my proportions are fucked

Definitely chest and arms because I neglected them severely for a year
I can squat 385 but can hardly bench 185 lol

I don't really have lagging muscles as much as I have over preforming muscles. My back and shoulders are way bigger than the rest of me

i'm a girl, and i didn't train upper body at all for like the first 9 months i lifted. regret it now, and i'm trying to get my upper body up to where it should be but it's waaaay far behind lol

You have the lower body and you have no upper body, you got a problem building...wait a minute. You have the upper body, and you have no legs, you got a problem building your legs. You have the upper...you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, the upper body, it is easier to build. So if you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, it is easier to build the upper body. You have the upper body and you don't have the legs, you got a problem building the lower body... No, you don't understand. You have the upper body, but you don't have the lower body, you got a problem building downstairs. You got the up- legs on the bottom, it is easier to build on the top, so you don't have much as a problem.

I'm at 1/2/2.5/3.25. spinal extenders and quads. I blame a long torso, low back squats and myself.

My back is a piece of shit. Not sure if it's due to my scoliosis or what, but my bench is approaching my squat and deadlift. My legs are not the limiting factor at all, it's my back. I swear no matter how much I squat and deadlift my bakc just stays a weak, easily injured piece of fuck

My hamstrings and arms are definitely behind everything else. My deadlift and squat are close together and a slight weight increase on my bench spells disaster.

I OHP a lot and thus my rear delts are lacking. I'm doing more rowing, pullups and farmer walks to try and build the rear delts.
