every time i squat a few times a week i feel pain in pic related and i am trying all kinds of things to see if it helps. like foamrolling or stretches.
i just fuck around a lot until new years day when i will have decided what routine i am gonna do, not sure if i will do 3 times full body or phul or some 5-6 day split.
