Venison, red potatoes, asparagus, mushrooms and onions spiced with ground black pepper. Marinated the venison with worsteshire, light sodium onions sauce and garlic powder. Not the healthiest thing i've ever eaten but it's good.

Take liver, puree it, and stir it into tomato sauce with ground beef. Also works with other organ meat.

Fuck that other guy i got you. Venison is prefered but beef will work just as well. Trim all the fat off until you have a lean steak. Marinade it in a mix of worsteshire sauce, soi (fuck that filter) sauce, black pepper, salt, garlic powder and water. I usually wing it but i'd say a tablespoon of each of the dry ingredients (except just two teaspoons of salt) with a cup of worsteshire and a half cup of soi(faggots) sauce will do. Pour in water until it's just covered and let it sit in the fridge for about two to three hours. Venison shouldn't sit too long as it can become overwhelmed by the marinade so say just two hours max. Throw away the marinade. Heat up a cast iron skillet to sizzle, add a tablespoon of olive oil or bacon fat(venison is naturally very low in fat so skip this if using beef) if you hate god, then cook each side for five to seven minutes. You don't want a venison steak anything other than rare to medium rare otherwise it's fucked. Just a grey, gamy tasting block much like my penis. You don't want that shit. Get it right you'll never want cow again. Unlike my penis.

Cut up four or five red potatoes and simmer in water, salt and black pepper. Season to your own tastes but a tablespoon of pepper and a teaspoon of salt should do. Check them frequently until they are about half way done and add cut asparagus, mushrooms and half a chopped vidalia onion to the pot. Again check it fequently. You don't want mushy bullshit. It should take 25-30 minutes total to cook.
This usually feeds me for a couple days.
