I went from 165 to 145 in about 4 months as a 5'7 male by eating less than 20g of carbs a day, and doing bodyweight exercises until I collapsed once a week. Its not impossible, but you are going to have to fucking WORK.

Fast for 30 days and you'll probably drop around 30 pounds.
Exercise a bit and you can drop some more, but exercising on a fast of that length can be dangerous.

i didnt get loose skin but i kept getting colds even though it was spring and i felt like shit all the time
im a male but OP it's doable. what i did was i just drank a lot of water every day, always drank 16-32oz before i ate and then did cardio for at least an hour a day. if you're going on a caloric deficit make sure you're getting plenty of protein to help your body recover from the extreme exertion. if you're doing that much cardio, remember that you can increase your calorie intake. i'd recommend not doing cardio every day because your body still needs rest but if you do cardio 5 days a week you'll notice quick results. if you reach a plateau and don't drop any weight for 4-5 days, start drinking more water every day

You will have the same amount of loose skin no matter how slow or fast you lose weight, skin elasticity is determined by genetics not by slow or rapid weight loss, when your skin is stretched beyond its limits it doesnt matter how quick you lose weight its still going to be loose and there is nothing you can do except surgery.
