Been going heavy at 6 for the last month doing ppl. Switching to 5 day a week phat to see if the extra recovery day is worth it
3. I stalled hard on all of my lifts with a 6 day PPL. Moved to 3 day full body and put 25 pounds in my bench in like 5 weeks

I've gone through the same thing. PPL is too had on a cut so I swapped to fullbody split and I feel great!
