Get better posture, stop eating while in bed or on the sofa, don’t eat for at least an hour before you go to bed, after you do eat, don’t lie down but stand up or walk for a min or so to digest better.

I had the same problem with bloated gut and all this helped. Also I stopped drinking soda and beer

I'm actually skinny, but somewhere along the way I reqlised I got that belly which looks weird

I've been told I have a big/fatass on tip of being skinny, which is why I believe I look like I have a posterior pepvic tilt. desu idk if it has anything to do with how my posture looks

Dont drink alcohol or soda, nor do I eat on the sofa/bed. I do however eat late at night, take a shower and go to sleep. Maybe I have to work on that?

Look up "stomach vacuums" and do those every day. Its basically strengthening the muscle that you use to suck in your gut, but it also has good core strength benefits.

Had the same issue check to see if you have pelvic tilt and if you posture is OK maybe do some stretches to really get those muscles where they need to be that did the trick for me

Hey user, op here. I'm positive I don't have a posterior pelvic tilt, as I still have room to stick my butt up like a thot and actually do a posterior pelvic tilt. I friend of mine also suggested I may have lordosis, which desu idk if I have it or not, but from what I can tell, I dont believe I have weak glutes, lower back or hamstrings. In any case, what stretches worked for you m8? lower back stretches?

look up athlean x posture videos he has like 3-4 of them. also you might be bloated. so do some interment fasting for a month.

It's called visceral fat. It's stored beneath the muscle on top of organs. Just because you have abs doesn't mean you have a low bf%.
Cut as usual and it'll go away.

Lying down shortly after eating does hamper digestion and make you windy, user. Obviously caloric impact is about the same.

One answer is you’re ALWAYS supposed to be flexing your abs a LITTLE as you sit and stand and walk (squeeze glutes a little as well for the latter two). Not a ridiculous amount of course, but a little belly tension helps the posture.

As a previous user said, I looked up for stomach vacuum exercises and ended up in Jeff's channel so I'll try those. Never done intermitent fasting before, anything I should know before trying it?

I do flex abs when I walk so that I don't look skinny fat lmao, but then there are occasions in which I'm not aware and I've been told I look funny because of my gut. Guess I'll flex abs 24/7

This is the only real answer, visceral fat is stored around your intestines and makes you look bloated. It's the classic beer gut.

Beer gut is not visceral fat. It does increase chances of having visceral fat but it's a whole other thing and is located between the organs and is a sign of a pathological process instead of normal fat storage.

Anyway, the OP just needs to lower bodyfat % and it will go away.

OP here, so what I gather from this thread is that I need to lower my bf% and correct my posture (apt). I have a question tho, is it safe to deadlift/squat with APT??

You clearly don't seem to understand what is neutral spine position and how it differs from APT. You do all the exercises in neutral spine position and not in APT form... Google how to correct apt and spend considerable time understanding it
