Anyways, to answer your question: Deadlifts, Squats (Not too heavy, aim for a middle point between your warm-up and your max.), lots of shoulder and chest work ('THE PRESS', Benchpress, etc) (You ideally want good form, but sometimes you'll just have to use your upper-body to muscle someone).
Grip strength core and arm training, back and legs are good too for really throwing someone around
