My lifts all went down because I was out of the gym for 4 months with a blood clot in my leg.

Not that guy, but I went from 100-140kg in a year too. Moved my grip in, benched 3x a week, and did 2 tricep accessories per bench session. Didn't do any assistance exercises for bench.

From mid December last year to start of November this year my lifts went from gym 425/260/500 at 188 to 452/270/540 meet at 183. I hit 275 bench in the gym this year. My 452 squat at my last meet definitely left a bit in the tank too.

I'm a pretty big gde still, but I'll likely make it to 400 wilks in 2019.

I'm definitely going to do some direct tricep work combined with more volume. I was thinking of spreading that volume across variations though: tng, close grip, floor press etc.

My previous meet pr was 253 so it's more like 17 :^) I agree my bench progress is pathetic. I blame my benchlet coach who wasn't giving me enough volume.

I've noticed when I combat flaring in any row or pull (upper body), I seem to get lot more power out of my chest or back.

I was up to 192ish in the spring but I have a phobia of being over 15% body fat, so I cut down to 180. I'm bulking to at least 200 before I cut again.
