I just couldn't lift well today. I just didn't have the energy and was slugging around even tho i lowered the weights. I think i was dehydrated, and didn't get enough sleep last night. Is that alright bros? I feel pretty bad about it. I even lifted well when i had a cold.
1. Cut s _รถ_y from your diet. 2. Eat fresh food. Avoid processed food. Ideal is greens, other veg, meat. 3. Limit or eliminate carbs unless you have a physical job. 4. Don't eat sugar.
One of the ways in which testorone is reduced is through bad diet as well as overweight.
1. Workout at least every-other day 2. Cardio is good for health, but strength training is best for testosterone boosting 3. Focus on building a habit of taking time for workouts first and once you have a habit, focus on improving the quality of your workout. If you do a shit workout for the first month it's fine. A positive happy habit is essential first. 4. Once you have a habit learn to push yourself the right amount. Learn from youtube vids like scott herman
Now that you're eating right and training right, next step is reducing porn usage and fapping.
1. Stop porn (there is no excuse, it's bad for you) 2. Don't fap every day (different science-supported opinions. You get a testosterone spike on day 8 after an orgasm, so it's best to fap less than once per week. If you don't orgasm for prolonged periods it reduces testosterone, so it's probably best to do it about twice per month.)
If you do all these things you will have a lot of extra testosterone. You'll feel happier, less stressed, more couragous and energetic. Don't do all at once unless you have superhuman focus; take a couple at a time and build them into a habit for 3 or 4 weeks before taking on more.
It isn't easy at first, but it's so worth it and it feels so good once it's a habit (and thus easy to maintain).

This year I hit the gym ~2 times a month also with months of no training at all. I am now getting back to it slowly twice a week full body and oh boy...the usual warmup is now my max and I am totally fucked. This feels so bad being a shadow of my formerl self. The most extreme part is how fucked up I am now due to 0 cardio / stamina. That one is not a joke, keep your heart healthy with cardio friends.
Well, I keep the ego outside the door and get used to the physical training for now. Will keep the full body workout the next weeks and will hop back to PPL in 2019.

yep that is true as soon as my cardio health is back and my lifts are stable again and I found the current base I will hit PPL with 5x5 on the mainlifts and accessory lifts.
