Any advice on potential ED issues in a late 20s male? I’m regularly physically active, eat healthy, but smoke occasionally (which I hear can cause ED). Lately I’ve been having issues maintaining erections, or in some cases “fuller” erections. Any advice on how to combat? Any natural treatments?

As far as not fully hard erections, it happens semi regularly. Like for example, working positions where a girl is on top doesn’t usually work out due to my inability to be fully erect. However, missionary, doggy, etc. are fine for the most part and I can still cum.

Remove cholesterol from your diet entirely, it causes plaques in arteries of your cock and restricts blood flow. I know it's hard to hear and youre probably in cognitive disonence mode, but go read some studies on it and remove it from your diet.
