Whoa I didn't know you guys had threads like this but I guess it impacts lifting. I've had suffered from psychosis since I was sixteen. I've only recently spoke up about it and am set to go to a Wellbeing clinic for CBT on Thursday. I'm the happiest I've been for a long time. :)

incorrect, you are a good weight right there... you just need to lift more and eat a moderate (300kcal) surplus... don't fall for the bulking/cutting meme, you're not a bodybuilder... yet. Work on building a good strength base and add plenty of hypertrophy, come back in a year. good luck user, best wishes
