Handstand pushups

I'm order:

>Genetics
>Posture
>Delts

My posture isnt so good but I feel thats because im skelly
6 ft 2 85kgs 20% bf

Gonna try and lean down to 12%, ultimate goal is 90kg 10%

On my way there what are some movements and tips to make sure I get that wide look?

Steroids

genetics

you'll never get 3d delts without steroids.

Be born a man.

Shoulder width > hip width.

>6 ft 2
Why the fuck do you even care about your shoulders? You already won at life.

Wrong

For about 30 minutes after my shoulder workout they look 3d :)

Because he isn't the only guy that's 6'2?

*broader shoulders

I think the proper term is more defined shoulders, either way anything that helps is good for me.

I focus incline rear delt fly.
I notice the shirts you wear can make you shoulders look broad even with no pump.

build your lats, your delts, and your chest

>mfw broad shouldered af
>broader than friends that lift and are 7 inches taller
>mfw 5'5

only answer you need. You can make your delts and traps slightly bigger as a natty, but your clavicle lank was set when you were born.
t. broad shouldered user who thanks god every day that I'm a 5'10 manlet and not a framelet.

What's a good acromial width for a 6 foot guy? Ps: jesus christ my acromions stick out like on gulag victims

OHP, weighted pull-up

So do you just look like a fuckin' square or something?

18.5" biacromial (end of bone to end of bone) at 5'9
rate

OHP, chinups

Why do I get the feeling you're fat and delude yourself by thinking you are "broad shouldered af" and have big bones/frame?

genetics

1). Long collar bones

2). Narrow hips

3). Low bodyfat%

4). Large shoulder muscles

5). Don't over develop your trapezius

If all you want is the answer to 4). Then seated overhead presses, + lateral raises. Roids greatly help.

swim when you're a kid competitively

Bench, OHP, Pull ups and rows.

OHP for front and mid delts
Side Laterals or Cable side pulls for side

No reason to do a ton of front delt work, on average the front delts are 4x larger than the side (bench, pushups, etc freely work the front head)

If you're only 5'5" , and wider than your 6'+ friends, it's obvious you're fat.

cope

i am 125lbs lel just long collar bones
you overestimate how different manlets and lanklets frame are, your frame scales with height but not as much in a lot of cases

Yeah, it's why manlets look stubby instead of just scaled down

genetics

Underrated. Most people on Jow Forums can't do them though.

>Upside down OHP with less weight and less ROM.

haha okay pal. post timestamped pics of your 3d delts plus bloodworks or fuck off.

A heavy bench program will literally widen your shoulders.

>Implying the majority of Jow Forums can OHP their body weight

Swim as child

Good bro , if legit you could eventually get 23-23.5 inch shoulders , lean

Genetics and steroids.

Cope harder, framelets.
