Why would you use nicotine? Preworkout would be better, otherwise eat well and take at least a day or two off before and just make all the lifting conditions as optimal as possible.
Stupid question, not fit related but I'll try to keep it short and sweet. I've been on a few dates now with a girl from uni (first couple were study dates so not real ones really) but the last two were watching Netflix at one of our apts. For instance if I do 5x5 @ 225, would I put in 5 reps or 25 reps?

It's possible you could outgrow that on Deadlift in a couple months if you live an active lifestyle and have some semblance of baseline strength and/or good genes. I got to 300 Deadlift in 4 months and I started as untrained as one could possibly get, so take that with a grain of salt. You should be good for a while on the other lifts, however.
