What's your 3 X 5?
Looking to hit similar goals by the end of 2019

bench 3x5 is about 85kg, OHP about 55kg, I generally do much more volume though
no idea about squat because I have been injured for a while, deadlift 3x5 about 150kg

Pretty good
So what's your routine and working weight? Aiming for similar weight as you so I'm interested to see what weights you lift normally

No homo but do you have a pic?

I just do more sets at slightly lighter weights, like 7x5 at 80kg, 5x5 at 82.5kg, and 5x3 at 90kg once a week, and I progress by doing more sets with the higher weight increments until they turn into the 7 set weight.

Routine is upper 3x lower 2x, with all the important compounds done first with long rest times and then isolation supersets. Pic at the end of a bulk, cutting rn for a few months because I got chubby
