>Flaxseed is a rich source of lignan and has been shown to reduce androgen levels in men with prostate cancer. Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), a common endocrine disorder among women in their reproductive years, also is associated with high levels of androgens and is frequently accompanied by hirsutism, amenorrhea and obesity. This clinical case study describes the impact of flaxseed supplementation (30 g/day) on hormonal levels in a 31-year old woman with PCOS.

These are cases when flaxseed consumption are seen as beneficial. Are you actually brain dead?

>milk over water
rookie mistake bitch boy

Are your berries fresh or do you buy them frozen?

frozen
fuck going to the store 3 times a week to get fresh berries

Frozen at the perfect ripeness to ensure no loss of nutritional content.

OP is just a retarded faggot. He either wants to argue; and is being deliberately obtuse, or he's buttmad because he thought anonymous strangers online were gonna tell him how "based" his crappy oatmeal is. Whichever it is, OP is legitimately stupid or underage, probably both.

IQ: 108

good meal op

>oatmeal
>protein powder
watch out for those kidney stones

I need the milk for my fats, protons and calories
Just a cup and already 170kcals plus it's tasty af

> 4 week study
> serum testosterone did not decrease below the normal reference range in any subject

Also this meta analysis finds no effects on Testosterone
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19524224

no correlation idiot

>I need fats and calories
you want to be fat and get heart disease?

>fat makes you fat
no I want to feel satiated and I want to gain muscle, also my milk has pretty good micros too since I get raw milk from my local farm goml

Attached: 1517122709464.png (300x300, 9K)

calories make you fat, fat raises your cholesterol and gives you heart disease
evidently your arteries are so clogged you aren't getting enough blood to the brain

cope

Any more pics of you enjoying your food? Feel free to post more, we need food ideas.

>organic oats
>100% chocolate
>brazil nuts
>peanut butter
>coconut milk
>whey protein
I would've taken a picture of mine but I downed it too fast. Don't cook the oats, just blend the milk, PB, and whey in your blender then pour over top the oats, chocolate, and nuts then refrigerate overnight.

inflammation raises your cholesterol, fats that aren't oxidized aren't inflammatory.
of course calories make you fat but if you are natural you have to eat in a calorie surplus to gain muscle at a good rate.
Fats are essential for good hormone production I eat about 0.5 - 0.66g of fat per lbs, which is even considered low fat for some people.

i love cracking 2 eggs or just egg whites into my oatmeal just when its about to cook. the taste doesnt get bad and the texture makes it fun to eat, also proteins without spending money on whey

the metabolism of oatmeal and protein in general is acidic, and decreased urine pH increases kidney stone formation.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3604792/

So I shouldnt eat oats in the morning ? Or is it just when they are combined?

they both are an acid load, and they add up.
vegetables are typically a basic load, and they can balance it.
sodium/potassium bicarbonate/citrate are also basic.
I wouldn't eat oatmeal+whey every day, so the body gets a break every now and then.
very important: drink enough water.

Jesus christ, fit really is a bunch of autists. Like holy fuck, bitching about water instead of milk in cereal, swearing off flaxseed because of some shit that will never affect you in the end, goddamn you think Arnie and his boys gave a single fuck about this? They didn't. They ate like monsters and worked out like monsters. There's no other way, stop trying to move your responsibilities onto fucking flaxseed. Jesus, absolute disappointment

Who are you even replying to you deranged boomer coot

right? it's cause this board is fucking DYELs who spend more time sitting on Jow Forums complaining about their test levels while spending 0 time in a gym

"meal"
ahahahahahahaa
I've eaten this plenty of times and it's fine for a quick thing but it's not meal. To make this more of a meal add greek yoghurt, fish liver oil instead of soiseeds, walnuts or something if you want, raw egg if you want, cacao powder, baby greens or cooked mature greens, milk or water and almonds, into a blender. Better, tastier, easier, more efficient.

In the same category of "meal" is literally just 6 eggs with baby spinach mixed in enough to wilt, salt and pepper.
Upgrade it with some broccoli, and some steak and potatoes, or chicken and rice, or salmon asparagus and buckwheat, now there's a meal.
