Give it a couple of weeks and see if that's doing anything, if you're losing less than 5 pounds a week, consider exercising or switch to a one meal a day. If that's STILL not doing anything. Sl5x5 is a weight lifting program that has some upper body work but mainly targets lower body. It's what I did to get into a routine and for lifting to become a habit. I did it for 5 months before moving into something else. A female though could run it a lot longer than 5 months.

It's not too late to treat your stretchmarks. Just start doing it now and their appearance will improve. I had stretch marks on my back from about 10 to mid 20s and they aren't visable now.

Stretch marks are genetic, oil does nothing but gives the physician peace as the women thinks she can change her fate through stupid industrial trash.

The only thing which might help is something like the dermaroller, as it also works against other scars. But this is very painfull as you would have to literally stick tousands of needle on a roller through your skin regularly.

Nothing else works besides literally scaring up the other pats of your skin so you can't actually tell the main scar. Don't even waste your money on anything which wouldn't also work on scars.

Probably a couple of months, just eat bare minimum to stay alive and you won't even have to go to the gym, working out is for stength and building muscle, it doesn't do nearly as much for losing weight as a good diet does.

24/m here. Was obese as long as I can remember and now at a normal weight but with a bunch of excess stretch-marked skin.

If you're flabby because you're fat, lose weight. If you're flabby because you were extremely fat and now aren't, the only thing that will get you an acceptable body is surgery. (I tried dry fasting. It's retarded and doesn't work.) The girl in your pic isn't even that fat, so if you look like her and have stretch marks, you probably just have bad genetics for skin elasticity.

Ignore the idiots telling you to starve yourself. Get a calorie counting app, with our tour tdee (see the sticky), eat 500 calories less, stay lifting (again, see the sticky, so either SS, stronglifts or greyskulls). If you want to you can do cardio too, but the 3 days a week will probably be enough to get you started

Take it from someone who lost over 100 pounds (way more than 25kg) eating food: the snake diet will make you the worst kind of skinnyfat and incredibly binge-prone, especially once you get to a normal body weight or fat percentage. You'll binge and purge several times before you build the willpower to fast for long periods of time, at which point your body composition will already be completely fucked. You can't build or maintain muscle without eating food. The body is only capable of synthesizing a few of the amino acids it needs for basic metabolic function, let alone building and maintianing lean mass. Breaking down muscle tissue while starving yourself will only make you skinnier fat.

Fasting definitely does build discipline, but there are probably other ways to do that without destroying your body composition. Like learning a craft. Or learning to eat properly.

For the flabby and saggy part, you need to lift. replace the soft fat by muscle.
List weights and lower your body fat.

For your stretch marks, ask a doctor since it depends on the kind of scar tissue it is, but there is generally good creams that reduce it.

Get 100 grams of protein a day, spaced out throughout the day
Get 150 minutes of cardio a week doing stuff you can enjoy. Like cycling or swimming or elliptical.

The trick is to find an exercise that doesn't make you miserable. Because you wont stick to it if it's miserable.

you're sitting at a BMR of 1500, if you lose 15 pounds you'll be only cutting to 1400 roughly, to get there quick, eat 1000 cals of protein rich foods and do some light movement every day, like yoga. to get there eventually, just eat 100 cals less every day.
