Start a beginner program and stick with it. If you're not seeing progress, it's probably because you're a skeleton who's not eating nearly enough.

Started training legs late and it left me with a weaker back squat, making my hips still blue ugh.

Why does this site not let you put in reps higher then 10? What the fuck? How many BENCH PRESS reps should a person be doing at 1pl8? I've been going for at least 10. I did 19 but couldn't even do 1 two days ago, or today. Have I fucked up my reps?

You're only benching 1pl8 because you're doing 10-20 reps lmao. If you actually want strength gains and to grow muscle then you're gonna want to up the weight. You're barely going to be doing anything to your chest since you're doing 20 fucking reps, it won't grow.

I'm not doing 20 reps to start out. I just make sure I'm able to do 20 with authority before increasing weight. This has been my game plan from the start. Could this be explaining my WEAK gainz? I don't do it twice or anything, just 20 flat reps and that's it. That's not too much, is it?

I ran track (sprinter) in highschool, but after I graduated I stopped any type of working out. Started lifting seriously in college, around February 2017. So almost 2 years of lifting "seriously". Probably gained around 20lbs, don't follow any diet though. iirc, from February to July I was on a bro-split then switched to a PPLPLLX I made up. Currently on that, enjoy it. Spend about 2 hours in the gym though.

Holy shit dude go watch some youtube videos. Learn about progressive overload. Learn about rep ranges. Yes it explains your weak gains. 3 sets of 5-6 reps with a comfortable weight, then move up from there. Start out with starting strength. Read the fucking sticky and don't come back until you're not retarded.

Yeah I weigh around ~170 lbs at 5'7. I probably fucked up by not deadlifting and squatting right off the start with bro split, but I had amazing progress regardless.

I hate that this site only allows dips, pull-ups, and chin-ups as part of calisthenics. I don't go to the gym, but what about sit-ups and push-ups and reverse push-ups as a bare minimum for calisthenics?
Granted I can only do five pull-ups and five chin-ups in a row (arms completely straight after every rep), but there are other muscle groups to train with simple calisthenics than the ones in pic related. I can see my abs already and all I do are inclined or weighted sit-ups.
