How do you prepare your chicken breast to stop you from going insane? I'm considering a yoghurt marinade but if anyone else has a better idea I'm all ears.

eat it with rice

also get organic chicken instead

when will you skinny bitches realize that chicken breast sucks dick. Eat some beef , twink.

Retard, chicken breast is the highest on the calories to protein ratio. We eat it because we're fat (like I suspect you are Mr. Bloatmaxx) and are on hell cuts.

Real men eat fish to cut, pleb, cod is god

>cube
>poach
>mix with spiced yogurt and vegetables
or
>slice
>marinate
>stir fry with vegetables

eat chicken thighs instead

3 pro strats you need to try

1 beat your meat, pound that shit flat with a mallet or crush it somehow, serious texture improvement after cooking

2 season the day before (after crushing), and leave it in the fridge for 12+ hours

3 dry that bitch off before slappin her on a medium hot pan

I use garlic salt and other seasoning a lot. Also lemon or yogurt marinades are great but im a lazy shit so i just beat my meat and salt it, takes like 2 minutes and is so much better. Also patting doen your meat at all stages with a paper towel gets rid of excess water and makes it way better

Salt pepper garlic powder onion powder OLD BAY paprika cayenne pepper add butter and olive oil to pan cook until done dice and serve over rice and broc

Don't salt your meat the day before, it'll draw out a load of moisture and it'll be dry as shit

Cover it in ground up breading/cornflakes mixed up with raw egg, and place in glass baking dish. Then put mayonnaise on top of each individual breast, and pour whine on them in the dish. Cover up dish with foil, and bake for about an hour at some 400 degrees. Remove aluminum foil from dish and keep in oven until golden-brown. Wait until it cools off, then enjoy your breast.

>Garlic powder
>Onion powder
>Old Bay

Oh no no no no no

Brine FTW

Get a pressure cooker or crock pot to change things up

Brine it for 2-3 hours, then bake it with crushed tomatoes, ham, cheese, and salami on top.
Garnish with some basil, comfy pizza chicken.

2 methods
>Rub Rosemary, garlic salt, black pepper, and olive oil on each individual breasts (with the bones), wrap each breast in foil (or put them all in a tray and cover the entire thing with foil) and bake at 350 degrees for ~30 minutes, keeps them moist and juicy

Option 2:
>Wrap each breast in a strip of bacon, bake with no cover and in a tray with cut up red potatoes or sweet potatoes with pepper and garlic.

I shred it with my hands and fry it desu. Its simple but really fucking good and worth the added work

????

Option 1 is literally what I do and it's very good

If those texmex packets are sold near you, by one for fajitas. Marinade I use for 500 g of chicken breast (cut it up into pieces):
>Half of the fajita spice packet
>Lemon juice
>Olive oil (enough to cover all the chicken)
>Optional: extra garlic, extra hot sauce, vinegar instead of lemon juice
This stays good for 2 days (maybe more, I haven't left it for longer before), and it's ready for use in 30 minutes

From my experience all lean cuts are basically equivalent

addendum: look up chicken 65 (I lost the paper I had the recipe on)
Eating it with red onions is goat

wow you are retarded

eat it with your veggies and then eat some fruit after

The secret to good chicken breast is to

BRINE IT FIRST

>recipe for 3 chicken breasts, snibbidy snab with scissors into large chunks
>dissolve salt in about 150ml of water until some remains solid
>pour in bowl with breasts, brine for a night
>take out, dry
>cut
>panfry until liquid comes out
>ditch liquid, and brown the chicken
>add seasoning and test the chicken to make sure you're adding enough seasoning

buy an instant pot.
throw in 4~5 frozen chicken breasts.
mix honey, garlic, pepper, salt, onions sauce, that rice oil stuff.
throw that in with the frozen chicken.
Set it for chicken and let it cook, it'll take 20 minutes after it pressurizes.

Shred the chicken. It's fucking amazing.

Chicken breast - $1.79/lb.
Beef - $4.59/lb. And that's the shitty cuts.
