If you could only do 9 exercises to get aesthetic, the superior list is chest-dominant press, tricep-dominant press, squat-lift, hip-hinge lift, row, chin, facepull, shrug, (no room in this list for neck work so we'll shrug and still get at least some neck gains), and add an ab exercise for the 9th lift.

Been there, done that... such a physique isn't as noticeable under a shirt. It's only beneficial if you're at the beach 24/7.

Which is why I use gym equipment to give my shoulders, arms, chest that bulge that those standard exercises can't give me.
