nope, im working and i dont get enough rest to work out when im back at home because of this despite going early to bed

stop looking into your phone at least 30min before sleeping, dont say you dont to that..

I'm interested too, this keeps happening to me and it's fucking annoying. Usually it coincides with taking a piss though, so I've been trying to not drink/eat for a few hours before bed. Hasn't been helping too much though. Now I just wake up around 4am with a turbo boner and can't get back to sleep easily.

What about "stop looking into your phone at least 30min before sleeping" dont you understand. it worsens your sleep regardless and makes you sleep less
This keeps happening to me too and it's usually to take a piss
But it's either

I hade almost exactly this problem a couple of years ago. Tried a lot of different things but what solved it was making my room darker (like really thicc curtains). I think you sleep lighter as you get older and might grow more sensitive to light/sound
