I'm tired of eating chicken breasts and am too lazy to continue making them. Aside from eggs, what are some cheap, easy, quick, tasty meals to make huge gains with?

I just rotate protein sources based on what's on sale. Ground turkey, beef, egg whites, etc. I also pick up a lot of tofu and seitan dirt cheap from this one Asian grocery store which is a nice change of pace. Also remember that stuff like peanut butter sandwiches and hummus + pita can be a pretty underrated brotein source if you don't need it to be super lean
protein powder
Canned Chili is great for gains, but be sure to buy lots of Lysol and Febreze.
I'm skinny as hell and trying to put on weight so I don't care about it being lean or not. I already eat a lot of peanut butter.
>protein powder
>cheap
Pick one
I live in East Asia so it'd be pretty expensive and hard to come by :/
How are you making am? If you just keep grilling it day in and day out its gonna get boring. Learn like 3-5 different sauces or recipes you can incorporate chicken into and youll go back to living em
ive spent the last 3 months eating chicken fillets for 90% of my protein sources. tired of wasting money on whey. and im still not disgusted by it yet.
learn how to make a nice asian marinade and stir fry that bih
Chicken breasts cut up into a salad is great.
get those cans of diced chicken breast that you can just pop open and add seasoning to. The protein ratios are about the same and you don't have to prepare or cook it. I always throw it in with some egg and toss it on top of a salad to make like a protein salad thing
Peanut butter from the jar
Peanuts
Beef (burgers)
Quark / Skyr
hard cheese from europe
self baked bread + salmon or ham
carbonara
whole grain pancakes with cocoa
I eat this shit 3x a day every day
-shit loads of protein

Opsies! Protein farts amirite?
Souls vide and shred them in bulk. Put the shreds in everything? Butter sauce? Check! Rice and vegetables? Check! Oatmeal? Check! Burritos? Check!
Alternately, pork is pretty cheap, too. Also, you don’t need much protein. Maybe 1.2 g per kg of lean mass if you’re lifting regularly.
Dubs of truth
My go to sophomore year was wolf brand
10lb log of ground beef just mix it into everything.
Gallons of milk.
Fish
ground beef is more expensive than chicken
But it had actual flavor compared to chicken.
This sounds disgusting.
Yup, I just added in a rotation of salmon, easy to bake needs nothing but some lemon juice and garlic
