This. Count your calories and you will realize you aren't eating nearly as much as you need to gain weight. I'm 210 @ 6'1 and my TDEE is fucking 3200. I have to bulk at 4k. Learn to cook and drink more calories.

You are a fucking moron if you are trying to bulk on chicken. Switch to cheap beef, even ground beef. Take your twink bodyweight, multiply by 20 and that's your calorie intake. Eat more chili, milk, sunflower seeds, peanut butter, and eggs.

This. I used to be (still am) a "hard gainer". Then I started actually counting calorie minimums and started to get fat. Stop eating low cal food, start putting olive oil in everything, and never ever let yourself feel hunger. Get $10 of fast food dollar menu every few days. You will gain.

MY tdee is around 3000 cos 6'2 but I also do a lot of walking and lifting during my job so I'm thinking my tdee to gain might be a good bit higher. I've been gyming for a few months and not even noob gains have saved me. Gonna start shoving steak and eggs down me for dinner every night and snack on stuff more and actually start a beginner programme
