The fact that I haven't ended it yet is impressive in and of itself.
Impressive to whomst?
Because if I tell anybody outside the gym that I can squat lmao4pl8 they'll be like "wow that's so much!!"
Except they have no concept of weight and they'd have the same response if I told them 225
not be a virgin
To a normalfag, probably like 23 chin ups, or doing dips with a #55 dumbbell at planet fittness. I rarely see anyone doing bw chins or pullups, so when I do 30 weighted sometimes I'll get a stare. I realize none of these are impressive.
Either squat 250kg or deadlift 280kg
I could probably do more than 120 decline pushups, but only if somebody asked me often enough
Deadlift 295lbs 1x5 and I'm not even skinny, I'm 170lbs DYEL.
I'm trying, lads.
Same guy.
I think the only truly impressive thing I can do is run the 100 in 10.2 with no formal training, electronicly timed, right after high school. My mother was the fastest female sprinter in her 4 high school district in Johannesburg, I believe her flight genes are expressed in me.
*could do
Clapping push ups
+90 pound weighted dips
the weighted dip bar is right in front of the gyms entrance so everyone sees me and normies think im jesus
+70lbs pull-ups for 5
Never tried my 1rm, might as well try loading 3 plates on the belt and go for it.
I can squat 120kg for a decent amount of reps. Probably my best lift.
Otherwise... I'm a pretty good guitar player and can grapple decently. Those are probably my two main strengths.
Handstand push-ups, chest-to-ground one arm push-ups, koreans (for some reasons non-lifters mire these like crazy), wrist-hold one arm pull-ups (same as above, non-lifters and chicks legitimately think they're one arm pull-ups, gets hell of a miring), muscle ups.
100 kg snatch
I run 4:15 for a mile
I can do half a gram of cocaine then put the rest away for another day.
idk which one is more "impressive"
>10 one arm push ups with good form and legs fairly close
>lmao2pl8 bench
I’m proud of you
6:35 mile
Bench 100lbs more than my body weight.
My body weight OHP or my weighted pull-ups with 40kgs for 6
350lbs leg press
5:45 mile on a track, probably 5:30 on a treadmil
Honestly dunno if this is that impressive but 2 weeks after starting lifting I could bench my body weight for 5 reps.
Depends on your body weight.
its not incredibly impressive but you definitely got a head start on most beginners.
>Sub 6 minute mile on track w/o cleats
>Sing well enough to be recruited for my college's acapella group (though idk how good they are)
>Diddly lmao3.5pl8 for 4 reps with good form (which is only impressive to normies and nonlifters)
I'm also a pretty good wrestler, won a city title and qualified for state. That's about it
What's considered a good leg press weight?
nothing. nobody cares what your leg press is. For lower body its all about squats.
According to Jow Forums the only things that matter are bench press, squats, deadlifts, and number of cocks sucked.
lmao1pl8 dips for 10 reps
I can 1rm pendlay rows at 305 :)
230lb squat
1.5plate bench with impinged left shoulder.
otherwise probably a 3.5plate DL within a year of training with no prior sports experience starting at 35% bf.
otherwise we still need to make it bros
I can do
50 pushups
26 dips
13 pullups
I can:
>give myself a blowjob
>knees over shoulders and walk
>spin 200 rpm on the bike
I doubt anyone here can do any of these...
Kek
120kg bench 3x6 i guess
Just hit 405 Jefferson Deadlift like 10 days ago at 6'6", been lifting for 1 yr 4 months.
Did you wrestle light heavy for Lakeland high?
204lb OHP at 176lb bw after 1.5 years of natty lifting
2pl8s is fast approaching
