Do you have a degree? If so you could see if there's something available in that industry, they appreciate people with western educations over there. Further, moving to China or Taiwan could be better seeing as if you have a degree (in Taiwan I believe you just need an associate's degree) you can just work as an English teacher, but everyone in PH already knows it so that might not be an option but you never know, you could always try and be a professional tutor.
