Unironically try the carnivore diet. I used to get constant inflammation in my joints before because of the toxic compounds in plant foods. Now I don't even get tendonitis anymore which used to be a big problem for me and I barely get sore.

You need vitamin C in order to hydroxylate lysine and proline and then make new cartilage for joints and tendons. However glucose and vitamin C are actually very structurally similar, therefore interfering one another its action. But glucose is far more present than vit C, slowing down its hydroxylation power. Meat, though, especially braised meat with tendons and bone broth, is very very rich on hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine, as you would expect ; so rich that there's enough available to make new collagen directly, bypassing the bottleneck imposed by vit C availability.

It can be, but if you are going to do a lot of it you should get a bike fit done. Bike fits are to set you up to be comfortable and avoid repetitive motion injury.
Carnivore diet isn't good for you in the long run. The reason you get inflammation is because your gut lining is shit because you lack the bacteria that help facilitate a healthy gut lining. You need to eat more dark green leafy vegetables with lots of fibre and the mucus lining your gut will be restored. Then you won't get an inflammation response when you eat different foods. Eating meat doesn't facilitate bacteria that help your mucus lining and eventually you'll have fucked over your gut microbiome too hard and will need a poop transplant.

Squat wider and all the way down. Most knee pain is caused by not enough strength in the legs having the knees to bear more of the load. Actually drive your heels during the squat. Use like a wall squat hold for like a few weeks.

doc said my knee joints are perfectly flexible and i have good muscle distribution in my legs. as i ride 8000+ km on my racing bike every year it`s likely that the cartilages are roughened. currently taking glucosamine hydrochloride (1500mg daily) and put enelbine compresses on my knee every night. also got a prescription for pic related that i am supposed to wear during workouts but it gives a feeling of safety so i wear it whenever i leave the house. the pain almost entirely went away after 2 weeks.

Im competing at an amateur level in Strongman. Pains and injuries show up now and then and you gotta deal with them to go on. I had knee pain too. Turns out my inner side of the quad was much stronger than the middle part so it was taking over the work from the middle, making it stiff and massaging it was painful. Pushing the inner quad you could feel it attach in the knee. What I did was massaging the inner quad and also strenghtening the middle quad so it could keep up. I didnt figure out this myself, I had to go to a chiropractor because I thought it was natural for my inner quad to feel that way.

See podiatrist. Get orthotics. Get knee brace. Do rehab/prehab. Strengthen surrounding muscles as much as possible. Take glucosamine/condroitin. Try to avoid high impact if you can.
