Not nearly enough. It seriously might be less than 1000 on average.

2000 give or take. I think my maintenance is 2700.

Im 215 right now.
I was 220 about two weeks ago.
I was 280 a year ago.
When I was a teen I was anorexic and 210 and kept passing out a lot and even got sent to the psych ward for it.
Id go days without eating or eat 300 calories a day.
I remember they had a show in the uk about fat people and skinny people and I'd laugh at the supposed anorexics.
I exercised 8 hours a day running, weight training etc.
Back then I was very muscular, so that 210 is very different from my 220 now.
I gained a lot of weight losing an engagement and being homeless and my best friend and transitioning.
I also had a lot of hormone problems and at one point was 10x the estrogen levels of a woman.
Now I shoot loads again and b my estrogen is in female range but i think my T is really high but my bloodwork got fucked up and I have to redo it but i have a socual phobias so two weeks have passed already and I still haven't gone.
I mostly eat veggies now maybe sooner cereal or a pb and j to cheat.
I still struggle sometimes with chewing and spitting food out.
If a family member comes over and brings a bag of chips I'll chew the whole bag like five at a time and spit it all into the trash and not swallow any of it.
I am pretty fucked up but I'm working on it.

Anywhere from 2000-3000 in food, plus a lot of beer/vodka on weekends that I don't really keep track of. I run a lot and can do up to a half marathon so I burn a fuckload on cardio and am pretty skinny/kind of fit looking (no muscle though)

I literally could eat almost all the time. I would eat until I am sick. Take a nap. And then continue eating.

Guess why you're "trying" and not succeeding. You're supposed to eat ZERO calories on fast days. 500 is just enough to keep you hungry and prevent a proper fast from starting. Read "The Fasting Cure" by Upton Sinclair.

It's a type of fast. For example, a very effective type that a lot of celebrities trying to lose weight do 300 calories every other day with regular caloric intake between them.

It's a diet, it's calorie restriction, it may be effective for losing weight, but it's not fasting, stop calling it that

I used to eat less than 2000 when I was a skelly but now I've forced myself to eat 2800-3000 to maintain weight. I preferred being a skelly more but girls and people in general tend to hate skellies.

It doesn't depends so much on your height but how much you move, if you exercise like the rock you can probably eat 3500 be fine

You're basing the definition of "fasting" on the religious fast. The low cal fasts are "fasts" because you refrain from eating anything until the end of the day. Thus you "fast" ie refrain from eating until just before you sleep. You aren't eating 300 calories over the course of a day. You are eating nothing until the end of the day.

Biggest trick I have is drink LOTS of coffee and if you really care nicotine. Coffee fills your stomach and caffeine suppresses your appetite. Water works too. Your body gets used to it after a few days, whenever you think about food whatsoever drink water or coffee until your stomach has no room in it.

I don't count but if I had to guess maybe 1000. I've been a skelly my whole life no matter how much I eat. In high school I spent a weekend at my best friend's house. His mom dialed Pizza Hut and ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks and a two liter Dr. Pepper which we ate and then spent the whole weekend doing nothing but playing vidya and watching movies. Came back home Sunday night and stepped on the scale, I was two pounds lighter than I weighed on Friday. I really wanna find whatever Gypsy woman I wronged.
