yes. knee sleeves protect against injuries by keeping your knees warm and providing a little bit of support. they also help you lift a tiny bit more. normal people should wear knee sleeves when squatting.
knee wraps on the other hand are mostly to lift as much weight as possible. no reason to use these unless you compete in a fed where they're not banned
Are those 45 lb/20 kg plates? The plates look too small, which forces you to bend over too much. Your starting position looks like a pendlay row and not a deadlift. As a result your deadlift looks like a good morning.

Quick question about protein shake.
So yesterday I bought my first protein powed with creatine (started a week ago). According to this seller I should take two scoops protein powder with creatine in the morning and evening (after workout). However I'm only going to take 5g creatine a day.
I had 2 protein shakes yet, one with milk and another one mixed with water. Two times I felt nausea and had to lay down a bit and felt so full/bad for about an hour.
Any tips?

if taking x brand of protein makes you sick, switch brands or replace it with real food.
for creatine, drink an extra 1-2l daily on top of your current intake. while not that common, your body might dislike creatine.

In my case and most cases, high rep sets of squats and leg press tend to make the legs bigger. If I wanted to make them smaller while maintaining definition I would do legs once a week, focusing on low reps with moderate weight and add in some cardio in place of some leg exercises, preferably running or bike.

I'm a beginner and have lifted for three months. I've been doing Starting Strength more or less, just added some accessory exercises and started doing power cleans last week. My squat is 110 kg, bench press is 65 kg (it's lagging a bit behind because of shoulder issues), overhead press is 52,5 kg, and deadlift is 142,5 kg. I've still got linear progression, but I've changed my program around a bit to concentrate more on accessory exercises and general strength. I want to get strong, but I'm not a powerlifter and I'm probably going to change to a hypertrophy program when I'm done with linear progression.
My current program is divided into two parts which I alternate. Since squats and deadlifts are so far ahead, I've started alternating them. I'm doing deadhangs at the end to increase my grip strength which is starting to fail on heavy lifts. I do AMRAP (As many repetitions as possible) on most lifts, denoted with +.

T-bar rows 3x8+ (I can't do barbell rows properly because of my shoulder)

Not always true. Shoulder dumbell press is weaker than OHP, bench dumbell press is weaker than bench press, dumbell row is weaker than barbell bent over row. When using both arm or legs, you also use much more than those 2. I think just didn't do 2 arm pulldowns properly or he didn't do 1 arm properly (cheated in form).
Too much. 140 per day is perfectly fine. I weigh 102kg and I barely get around 120g per day but I don't have problems building strength or muscle.

Don't lift your shoulder to your ear. I don't see how you could even activate traps with lateral raises. Also try using free weights too, not just machines.

1. Work on your core at least 3x per week. Isolating your muscle is make it stronger.
2. Work on stretching. Hip and ankle mobility must be on point. I do Eric Bugenhagen's hip mobility routine and it's great because it helps your get into position easier.
3. Brace properly. Before lifting the weight, make sure your core feels like it's trying to stop a train form moving.
4. Record yourself from side and see if you look retarded doing it
It does. You can specifically aim them if you put pressure on the ball of your feet and not middle also doing up-down motions with your feet while cycling.
