I've actually been doing this for the past 3 months while dirty bulking and ive made pretty impressive gains for myself in all my lifts, ive added some extra shit here and there to the routine but have stuck to it pretty religiously and im stoked to see the results of another 3 months. Bench was 185lbs 1 rep, is now 240lbs. All other lifts basically followed suit
