Is there anything wrong with bread if I am cutting and still getting that 500 Cal deficit?

Is there anything wrong with bread if I am cutting and still getting that 500 Cal deficit?

Like health wise. I'm 30 now and I need to watch my health.

pic related, it's what I had this morning.
It was a mistake, the bread ruined the meat when I ate them together.

You're better off using the diet that you're going to be able to stick to, so if eating bread enables you to achieve that deficit goal then go ahead and do it.

Slice the meat into thinner pieces you absolute mong

ok
n-no

This.
As long as it feels alright and you get your protein + veggies in it is completely fine.

>eating bread
What the fuck is wrong with you faggot? Babby need sweet-sweet? Tongue tongue yum yum?

Grow the fuck up. You haven't embraced the concept that sacrifice is needed for greatness "all the flavor not of the calories" is the wrong mindset to reaching your goals.

shut up pussy lmao

The gluten in bread is bad for everyone. Not just people with Celiac disease. Watch out 10 years down the line when you randomly get bowel problems and sensitivities.

Enjoy your fucking insulin spike and fat storage you weak minded little bitch.

>bread
At least europoors don't eat literal cakes with a bread label.
pic related is real bread, tastes good and is good for you.

As long as you get your nutrients it doesn't really matter. Whole grain bread is better than white bread for this, but you can always just eat white bread as long as you get vegetables.

Since i lowered or removed carbs for a month i had the biggest fat drop since i started to exercise and eat better.

I can finally see the results

Yes, that's how that works. Insulin is a thing.

>retard doesn't understand the nutritional benefit to eating actual bread because he lives in a third world country like america where they process their "food"

Bread has been eaten by humans for literally thousands of years get the fuck out of here with you misinformation

It has been shit for us for literally thousands of years. And we haven't been eating grains for millions of years before that. What's your point? Pic related.

That slide is garbage.
If you've been doing something a certain way for thousands of years then that means at some point it WAS logical and probably the best way, but that may no longer be true

I've been on a strict poorfag diet of peanut butter toast and eggs since january first and I've lost 100+ pounds.

Granted I was really fucking fat, but it works. And I saved a ton of money

based

I'm skinny and bread is 80% of my diet

>Babby need sweet-sweet? Tongue tongue yum yum?

he just pasta'd that from the diet coke thread

I know.

Bread is basically pure glucose from carbs and spikes your insulin like mad aka diabetus. Carbs have no nutritional value. It's killing you by increasing insulin resistance. Research about insulin resistance. Carbs are the literal devil.
