It kinda looks like you have anterior pelvic tilt maybe work on that

I think I'm more likely to have sway back, but right now I've actually backed off the higher weights to work on good posture and form in all my lifts

Ayyy, i'm actually the same height as you. If You feel like a side is weaker You have to confirm It. Try to do some isolation to make sure, then Focus on balancing both sides. Work with dumbells, the barbell can really fuck You up If You are imbalanced.

I’ve escaped skinny fat but I’m really screwing up my bulking / cutting ratio. And I can’t stop doing cardio. I’m making solid linear progression in all major lifts, but I’m not getting big and defined like I want.

No. This is was moderate roids (just 500mg Test E) while lifting at a deep deficit for a long time looks like. Much of my physique will improve and look more like a traditional roiding body once I hit my BF% goal of 9% and start eating at a surplus. I’m lucky to get 70-80g of protein per day right now and cap at 2,000 calories and I’m 202lbs. I started this journey as a fatty.

Thanks, I have been lifting, dieting and doing hard cardio since May of 2017... coming up on the 2 year mark.

I currently only do bodyweight for legs and squat for 1rm like once a month

250lbs with a 170lb max bench. Size 38 pants were getting tight and XL shirts were starting to actually fit rather than being baggy. I’m down to a size 32 pants and a large - extra slim dress shirts fits perfectly. I owe the lack of loose skin to the way that I lost the weight. I dropped 85-90lbs of fat so far but I also packed on muscle fast with Test-E so the skin wasn’t falling onto a skeleton. On the first, I’m starting a 2-week fast to get rid of the rest of the fat.
