Both
I got this book as a sort of jumping off point for my program. Arnold’s insights and plain language make it accessible for anyone. I have applied a lot of the principles outlined the book and have seen payoff. The part about how drugs and steroids are bad for you and you should be clean is laughable tho. Anything that builds on the basics in this book? Or one that is geared towards nutrition?
Try Body for life by Bill Philips.
It helped me out a lot with nutrition
what makes this one different then OP's
Looks more into each individual muscle worked and illustrates it in some pretty dope pictures. Its also shorter and cheaper than OP's. Both are good to have tho
It's the reason I lift.
Read it. Really, really, bad read. Its just pages of rambling with no clear goals or incentive.
My mom just bought me that and the proticals of zion for my birthday.
my diary desu
I hope you tell your mummy you love her very much.
You forgot the part where OP's book includes everything you need to know to become a bodybuilding, including routines, whereas your book does nothing but illustrate exercises.

Childhood's end
Do androids dream of electric sheep
Anywhere I can find a scan of this?
the original or some "funny" translation?
Holy fuck I think my parents has that
All his work is worth a read.
waddle on back to your containment board, retard.
Know anywhere you can download the rest? libgen only has the two in op's pic
niggerman would be proud
This is probably the cringiest book I've ever read when I went through my "red pill" phase.
His routines even any good for natties or no?
It can be heavy handed at times, but I don't think it's that bad. Overall it makes strong points.
Evola's works are good too.
This is one of the most reddit post I ever read
I'll explain you why if you explain exactly what's cringy about the fag's book

"48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene". Use them if yer a cold bastard that needs a win, or understand them to protect yourself from them.
Thanks man. I needed a digital copy
Great for learning how to have a winners mentality and good programs in it
I bought this one after trying to find the 3rd edition and having the second
its just like 15eur and its worthy as fuck, It recommends exercises, explains their functionality in both fitness, strength and bodybuilding, How to warmup and other shit and also cautions and injuries
fucking worth it
>people not using the volafile
retards, there is the biggest Jow Forums repository i ever found (except 7ch) and gets daily askings etc
original, I think. Not really sure tho
Yeah true. OP's book is definitely an amazing book but I'd still recommend STA to any newcomers that don't really know how to do things. The streches and injuries portions are super helpful
Great read
"modern" approved translations are not 1:1 translated and will show everything as bad as possible.
German speaking people have luck to be able to read the real deal.
Most things by Heinlein, tb h.
Not for the stories so much but rather for the "can do" and libertarian attitude.
Reminder that this was written by a literal fag
SIEGE by Mames Jason
Sodomites get the rope
There'd be no one left on Jow Forums.
Post it
Autistic title aside, it has some pretty substantial examples. If you're not completely autistic I'd recommend skiping the first part of the book. It can be summarized in: "just b urself brah"
Mandatory.
But I usually stand in front of the gym's loud floor fan and try to send it out as quietly as possible.

Meditations on Violence: A Comparison of Martial Arts Training & Real World Violence by Rory Miller
Oh hell yea brother
I've actually only read the first part of the book and it helped me to start making friends during my teens.
