You need to fix your posture problems in addition to your neck problems. You're probably going to have anterior pelvic tilt with this condition. To fix your lower body, lunge stretches will stretch your hip flexors and lower bar squats will strengthen your glutes and hamstrings the most. Neck exercises with chin tucked in should help strengthen the neck, do flexions, extensions, lateral raises, and rotations with low weight and many reps, like 1,25 kg or even without weights in the beginning and reps in the 12 to 20 range. Don't put heavy weights on your head in the beginning, go slow. Do face pulls, band pull aparts, and other back exercises as rows and chins. Back extensions also hit your medius glutes and are important to improve your squats.

I did this but I had a difficult time finding a wall that would accommodate my wingspan. After one of these I was sitting much straighter. It was like rediscovering how I should be sitting. I've been doing this for roughly a month and there has been a massive improvement.
