Now you can do your face-pulls at home.

I hope you thanked them

Ask for a nail cleaner next time happy christmas

It's good for keeping every thing lose.

It can help stretch your thighs for squats

I’ve been moving a bunch of wood bc my gyms closed

THANK YOU BASED JEFF

even if you never use it, then you should be thankful of them, it means that they respect you/care about your goals

Banded variable resistance stuff is fucking kino for rehab, use them to recover from injuries.

nice for mobility, recovery and warmup. Otherwise kinda useless

good for ukranian stallions, the goat of all exercises...required actually.

Doesn’t replace a gym but done right they’re pretty good for endurance and basic strength. Much better than nothing or calisthenics alone

Those tube ones suck in my experience, most of mine have broken. I have the thick rubber band ones now, much better.

I’ve used some and gym I used to work at had them, they lasted plenty so long as they weren’t blatantly abused. I guess it depends on the brand

dont forget that if they have good resistance you can do some god tier lateral raises

>having such shit t-spine mobility that you use bands for “shoulder health”

It does suck. Been working on it for a while now

You can do the same things as machines with them
They are foor poor people and boomers though t

Bands are really useful and versatile. Have a good search for different uses. I like to do 10 reps with mine then hold it for 10 seconds.
I gym also but have limited space a home and all my bands fit in a shoe box.
