I never deadlifted in my entire two years of lifting and pulled 415 as my max. Only did rack pulls prior. I feel as though it is just easier because the bar. I just feel as if there is a higher potential for this lift because it distributes the weight better and allows for better grip potential.

A HIGH BAR trap bar deadlift IS NOT a Trapbar Deadlift. A trapbar deadlift uses the lower handle.

I know it's easier but it is also the better lift. Faggots can't stand not doing the meme big three so the trap bar triggers them. All I am saying is sumo is cheating to make weaklings feel better about their shit conventional and if you are pulling anything except double overhand(I'll accept straps past a certain point) you might as well do another lift because you had to do everything to avoid doing it properly(which everyone seems to do anyway). Trap bar is safer and distrubutes the load more evenly plus has better grip position. Everyone should be kissing the trap for allowing such great gains at such a low risk.

Yes. For maxxing do whatever necessary. Mixed grip always has potential for bicep tears but lots of people don't tear. I would say chalk>grip change>straps.
