I went to Japan and Okinawa and all they eat is meat with a tiny scrap of vegetable. Meat is always the main dish, and a scoop of rice. They also mostly eat raw meat. There is literally nothing "vegan" about the Okinawan diet. The lies need to stop.

The key is not too overcook it. Butter or ghee in the pan with lots of chopped onions or shallots, garlic, and rosemary. Cook until the onions are caramelized, then remove. Put the liver in the pan and brown on one side. I'm talking less than one minute. As soon as it's slightly brown, flip it and repeat on the other side. Remove from heat as soon as it's browned all over the outside. Top with onions and enjoy.
