When did you decide to stop wasting all of your money on meme oil?

Fish oil literally does nothing. I have taken up to 12g per day for several months. This shit is a bigger jewish trick than christmas

I guess it can't fix retarded but it definitely works. I spend like 50$ a day on fish oil. The research backs it up

need a quick rundown please, what's the main difference between fish oil and omega 3 supps?

>That $18000 annual fish oil habit

You know you can get omega-3s outside of bluefin tuna and lobster, right user?

No take backs

>I spend like 50$ a day on fish oil

You're going to make it, lad

Read the ingredients.

Most Omega-3 supplements are fish oil. Look for the DHA/EPA content as a percentage of total fats. The higher the better

Need to shelve bear bile bro.

I'm imagining something like this but with fish oil

Are you saying we don't need the essential omega 3 fatty acids or are you saying we should eat the toxin and heavy metal filled fish instead?

>Vegan capsule
stopped reading here

Notna vegan fag or anything but vegan sources of omega3 make sense as it's produced by an algae. Fish bioaccumulate it by consuming lots of algae or smaller prey that eat algae.

By going atraight to the source you're just cutting out a bunch of steps.

>Omega 3
>Not listed: EPA or DHA

The only supplement I’m left taking after nearly a decade in the gym is creatine. It’s the only supplement that I’ve noticed a loss in gains when I’ve stopped taking.

I just eat a tin of sardines every day, they're only 38p a pop ($0.48)

Cool, I'll just buy 400 capsules for 20$ instead

The problem is omega3 is highly susceptible to oxidation. I've yet to see a fish oil bottle with an oxygen scavenger. Half of the fish oil for sale is useless as its already oxidised before you consume it. Don't fall for their memes

I took fish oil for a month and I gained muscle. I don't lift or really do any exercise.

implying you can eat and biodigest algae like a fucking shrimp

I took fish oil for years, I randomly stopped.one day when my supply ran out and have noticed zero changes. If anything, I feel better than before

Lmao literally just eat salmon every week or so and you're golden.

Did you not notice that the capsules are sealed and in a dark container? How exactly do you expect to generate adequate reactive oxygen species under those conditions to oxidize the fish oil?

If you’re really worried, take some vitamin E, since that’s what your liver uses to reduce oxidized omega 3s, which it’s very good st because preserving essential fatty acids is a big deal.

This tastes like shit though, doesn't it? Bit into mine and it was smooth and mild

>100μg
>100*10^-6g
When you need at least 10g of omega 3 to reach half decent omega6:omega3 ratio. wtf????

krill oil is much better, no wonder you didn't notice your dick get bigger and your IQ didn't increase exponentially

what is this? homeopathic fish oil?

Enjoy your mercury.

>No protien

Nigger, wut?

Just eat seeds. Fish oil is full of heavy metals and other accumulated shit you do not want in your body.

tuna is the only fish i eat that has high levels of mercury and i only eat like 2 cans a week

I eat cod liver once or twice a week.

>Turns out having a varied range of food, best self grown or at least locally gives you already basically you need
Wow

what a lovely picture

Salmon has considerably low mercury levels compared with other bigger fish.
~100g of Skipjack tuna per day is within the allowed intake.
Also, the main concern for mercury is the interaction with selenium. As long as you have and adequate (or better) selenium intake, you could relax your mercury restriction.

Do you know how much mercury you would actually need to ingest to get mercury poisoning?
