I’m usually pretty sceptical about this gay shit but I’m kinda freaking out tonight. I’m training alone at the moment and I’m the only one in the gym, I’m seeing shit move in the corner of my eye where there are no mirrors, I’m feeling as if someone is watching me.
I’m probably just freaking myself Out with an over Active imagination but does anyone else have any similar experiences or spooky Jow Forums stories?
My gym is about 30 years old and its in a pretty rough area in Australia

Close your eyes and face a mirror, sitting and as still as possible. If it is haunted you'll suddenly feel a sensation of cool creep over you, usually from the back of the neck. As soon as you feel this you should open your eyes as fast as you can, don't think just OPEN and then look as hard as you can in the space behind you in the mirror. Report back results and try not to feint.

Oh you may have to be sitting still for a while, give it5-10 mins user

Fucking christ im leaving now. In the corner near the leg press I could see a Mirage shivering gas thing. Its ether a gas leak or something else, I couldn’t smell anything but I could hear a wheezing noise behind me

Get a Ouija board out. It could be the spirit of Rich Piano. We must know
Have you tried lowering your gaze to the ground? Maybe it's just a cheeky manlet leaving the pit and your eyes aren't meeting his scalp, hence the "ghostly" presence
Julian Campbell
Ask ghosts to spot you. They haunt gyms for this very reason.
