It makes your balls ache a bit and your cum watery, but those go away after 2-3 weeks. You can buy a pill splitter off amazon and start taking .25mg of fin for a few months before moving up to .5mg and then the full 1mg, so you never end up taking too much.

As a 6 years user of Minox, that's the only thing that works with Finasteride. No collateral effects, you have just to wash your hair more frequently. You can also get from specialist a stronger version of Minox. The only thing you have to keep in mind is 1) it doesn't make regrow your lost hair, it just stops them to fall; 2) considering point 1, if you have already lost too much hair, transplant and PRP/hCPR are the only solution for you (but even after transplant, doctor will give you Minox to make stop baldness).
If your reciding hairline is not that much, use Minox and then try PRP or hCRP to make regrown some old hair
